I'm wondering if it might be a little urine from the hair on the pee pee? Joey's has a little "pee string" that guides the urine flow, and it's wet after he pees. I don't know if girls have anything similar, but it seems like this little string could cause swirly marks, then again, could be aliens!

I got mine from Pet Smart, it's called "Stink Finder", the cat urine was a real emergency; using our noses to find the source was just too difficult! You can probably find them at home improvement stores; just look for an ultra-violet light or commonly called a black light.
