Wonderful news!!!!!!!!
Since this guy was picked up on Friday and we had a big snow and ice storm here in North Carolina Friday night, it's quite possible the owner wasn't able to get there to reclaim him before this morning. Schools and government offices were still closed yesterday and many were on a delay this morning because of black ice.
I'm just so glad he is out of that horrible place!
