We sure don't. You could have knocked me over with a feather when the vet told me he had LP. After six years we find this out. wow! I am hurting so much for my little boy right now, but it explains a lot of the way he has been acting in the past not wanting to walk more than about 10 minutes and wanting to be carried a lot. I thought he was just my "wimpy" little boy but he was probably in pain or discomfort. I feel so bad for him now. A couple of weeks ago I noticed that he started using Daisy's steps to get into bed and I wondered why he wasn't jumping up in bed like he used to. Never in a million years did I suspect something like this. I'm glad we know about it now so we can watch him and help him more.
