It could be food changing, or the heartguard.....but, then it could be a multitude of other things....diarreah is something I don't think you should mess with. Do you have any NutriCal on hand, I'd give her a bit, just to make sure her sugar levels are kept up. Your vet is going to have you put her on a bland diet for a few days and most likely do a fecal on her....and give her meds to control the diarreah and get her back to normal.....
