Oh dear....to many things for this wee one. How old is she? Might want to as your vet to change her heartguard to Intercepter....
Did your vet remove the hair from her ear canal? Remember to use a good ear cleaner with a drying agent after you bathe her.....And yes, stress can cause dirreah.....go back to square one and go slowly.
