I don't understand why flea markets even allow this!
There is a big flea market near me and they don't allow the people to sell food unless it's individually wrapped, but they let them sell puppies!
They don't know where these puppies come from, if they are sick, etc...
Think about all the people that touch them while in there!
IMO, there isn't a good breeder that would be selling at a flea market!
