I have that all set up. I am also making sure that I have at least 2 other people with me my husband just so I am not alone and my son or daughter that will take the money to the bank while they are still here (so people don't think I have cash in my home) I am meeting with a lawyer this week to help me and check over my contract (just to make sure it is all legal) I am not as worried about the "bad" people when I am home, it is more of when I am home alone or gone. I live in a nice neighborhood but a person just never knows what can happen. especaially after a stranger has been in you home. Thanks for all of the great advice so far and if any one has any more I am always wanting to know.
