When I had to have my last dog PTS I had taken her into the vet to see if there was anything else we could do. My vet is awesome and told me it was time. This took the decision making off of me. I insisted on holding her through then entire process and for awhile afterwards. It was all I could do to hand her over to them. Your vet should be able to advise you if Toto is in pain and when the time is right. Sorry you have to make such an emotional decision. |
