| I did an inquiry on line for tech support with them before connecting the magicJack and they required a charge to get any live support on line?????? I wondered about it some more, haven't opened it yet. Guess I will just return it.
I went ahead and bought the tracfone for a back up emergency phone. I wish I was more familiar with what is available in the pre-paid cards, the tracfone I got has a double the minutes lifetime, so that was pretty good, the minutes will be 120 for 90 days for $19.88 plus tax. Just hope the phone is okay.......it looks and is very cheaply made but as long as it is sufficient that is my main goal. Not stuck in a contract with it so can always change after the 90 days if need be.
