Thank you everybody! Last night I called the emergency vet and he told me that he would suspect parvo if she werent acting so normal with food/water/ activity. Overnight she had a small case of diarrhea but nothing since around 2 this morning. She ate this morning (rice), and is still drinking the broth mixture/ regular water (I bought organic, low sodium boxed broth and dilute it). I'm watching her closely and trying to learn as much as possible online but it is also making me anxious reading all the sad stories of sick yorkies! I plan on being at the vet as soon as they open tomorrow unless she gets worse, in which case I'll take her in asap. |
