 My pup has diarrhea and I'm not sure how to handle it!
I'm a relatively new owner of a yorkie, Isla (she is six months old). I'm really anxious since Isla began having diarrhea a few days ago and yesterday I noticed some blood on the carpet and her stool is watery/ orangish in color. We initially thought that she started her first heat and diarrhea was a side effect of the hormones- but we have not seen blood since then. She threw up once but then started playing right away, like nothing happened. She is acting normal otherwise. we gave her rice and a mix of chicken broth and water last night. Does anybody have any advice? Thank you! |
