I do hope that groomer gets rid of those dryers and doesnt back away from the big vet bills. From what you said it sounded like he was very upset which shows he is compassionate but he dropped the ball. Those heaters are a possible death trap and no groomer should ever leave a dog unattended or those dryers on high. I agree they should be taken off the market.

if the groomer does back down get ready to go to small claims court as animals are considered property so you can take them to small claims court and all the judge has to see is one picture and case will be closed and i believe you can get up to 5,000 to cover vet bills. Check out small claims court and get prepared just in case as this is probably going to be an expensive road for your friend
