I sympathize with you, because my toby has the SAME problem... only it isnt all dogs he is afraid of it is a bit wierd because he is unpredictable... little chi's he will be scared to death of but he is okay to hang out with a 100lb lab
I've given him lots of socialization and he is still this way

Oh, and just to let you know... yorkies as a chick magnet is actually true... my fiances brother used to borrow toby all the time and he got TONS of dates that way
