I know I posted to you - I did say that he said was dumb but on the flip side -- he may have said it to KEEP you -
you know - that thing men do if they think a woman is going to leave them ...he may have meant it to play on your emotions and IMHO...it doesn't mean you should dump him over a statement - just find out why he said it and what exactly he meant....
men aren't always the best with words and if you really think you have a future with him and want that - I'd say spend more time with him to get to know him again.....you've been apart for quite a while. |
Yeah I plan to wait until the right time and get some clarity, but for right now, I'm not calling him.
On the other hand, when Maya was having her little unexplained sick spells, he never failed to ask "How is your baby??"
Also we walk togther for exercise early in the morning, and the other morning he asked me if the girls might like a walk after we finish. That really warmed my heart. So who knows what the jerk really meant.
