My Daisy did this to me and she is almost 6 yrs old. That is one reason I got a Yorkie. Pixie loves me and follows me but she loves my husband as well and Pixie is only 5.5 months.
Daisy does want me when she isn't feeling well though.
She goes nuts for her Dad though and lays with him and wants to be with him.
When she was a puppy it was all about me and then I went to visit my daughter for 3 weeks and she switched affections. I know it stinks, but maybe you can do special things with her like walks, and teach her tricks.
