What are you feeding him? Could be an allergy. I think the biggest allergy they tend to have is to corn. So check his food and see if it has any of that. How many times are you bathing him? I usually bathe mine once a week. Make sure to wash and rinse him well to be sure that you get all the shampoo off. Sometimes it take a lot of washing to get the shampoo off. It can make them very itchy.
