Usually diaper before feeding so, they're comfortable when they're eating.
Check their tummies, see if they're nice and round. If they've stopped crying they got enough. The syringe helps you determine how much they're getting and lets you control the flow better, that way you won't aspirate. But, just let them eat until they drop off.....oh! Don't forget to burp them.....
