Tara actually goes quicker when it's cold, because she wants to go back in, she does it stright away. In summer she takes longer because then she would rather sniff around and stay outside. You are best training her when it's cold, see when she looks like she wants to go (she'll be sniffing and walk in circles looking for a spot) then take her out right away. (3 months old will need to go at least every 2 hours, make a schedule for her and take out in regular intervals) Give her about 10 minutes then take her back, keep repeating the command, she will only learn it after she does pee and gets treat/reward for it. You need to be consistent otherwise this will fail. Give her a short walk if she can't go stright away, try to keep her on the grass if that's where you want her to go! Good luck!
