no they do not stop eating with allergies as my dog is a pig unless maybe the food is making her ill and she has inflammatory bowel disease which many dogs that have allergies also have ibd - does your dog have diarhea alot or vomit? Yes coconut oil is a fatty acid and helps with dry skin - some meds like antibiotics make them naseated though and upset the tummy if you are not giving with food so maybe this is it? are you giving meds and if so what ones?
