I am not sure what to tell you. Do you know of anybody that would be able to adopt Sophie from you. Maybe your vet would know of a family that can take care of her.
It is hard I know how quickly you become atached but the expenses are also so expensive. I am sorry I don't know what to tell you to do. I hope others on here will have better advice
