Question Financial side of being owned by furbabies

It doesn't look like anyone is going to claim my foster Yorkie, Sophie. I've posted ads & fliers trying to locate her owners.

I took Sophie for a basic vet exam yesterday & the vet said she's in fairly good health, considering whoever had her before took minimal care of her. Sophie is such a sweet, loving dog! It makes me so upset that her previous owners didn't give her the best care!

Sophie will need a dental (about $370) and all of her shots and a bloodwork test (about $190). I'm used to these costs for one furbaby (I have a rescued mini dachshund, anyone see a theme here? ), but I'm not sure I can handle the cost of having 2 furbabies.

Sophie is supersweet, a teeny 2.14 lb bundle of love! She's very loving & she's getting attached to me. I've been working with her on the pottytraining & sitting.

I'm having a difficult time deciding what to do. Any advice on this?
