If you are looking to home cook for your pup- my best advice is to seek out a dog nutritonist. Your dogs has very very specific needs and even if someone on YT was home cooking for a liver dog- you couldn't just apply this to your dog as the calorie need may be different.
Home cooking is great- but can be overwhelming when you start. To make sure your dog is getting the proper K/cals and calcium/phosophrus ratio as well as the needed protein levels, your best bet is a nutritionist.
