Have you tried maybe taking the collar of and showing them to her and letting her lick them and then put them back on? Normally after I show Callie something she just goes on about her business. She used to lick them some as a puppy but stoped after getting used to them being there. Even now though sometimes if I mess with them to check them or something she will like check them after me giving then a quick lick lol
