I'm hoping your sayign the collar is dangerious because of think she puts a leash on it................ If a collar is put on right they cant get there mouth stuck on it and if there not in the a crate or xpen the likely hood of it getting stuck on something is almost none. I grew up with dog all had a collar on and no accident with the collars and I never heard of any until this board
