It is very very dangerous for her to even be wearing a collar.. I would not put it on her at all.... expecially since she is a puppy... there are many threads pertaining to the little ones getting them stuck in thier mouth or caught on something..Id use a harness and maybe clip the bell to that behind her head where it clips... Please be very careful...
