Pixie is always on a harness and leash. But, when we take her for a walk she goes nuts when a car goes by. We have to pick her up to stop her from barking. Don't know how to break her of it.
One thing we have done is to take her were she can't see any cars
and she is fine. But, if you are on the sidewalk and one goes by...Look OUT.
