Sorry about the third post in a row,
But i just need to clarify one thing on my answer before i sparkle what i do not want to...
Some people are in bad hardship, no doubt about it.
But there has been a lot of help lately and i was not referring to people who lost their homes and more after have exhausted their options.
I was referring to some people that ask for help but do not care to do their part ... and then complain of no options.
Also there are many facing losses beyond their control and that is so bad. I was not thinking of those when i posted my answer.
Anyways ....
This thread sparkled too much ...
