Same here, when I started potty training Tara, I had to take her out every hour then two hours, three etc. as she got older. Overnight I would leave her in the kitchen so she could use the pad. But during the day you have to go with her frequently to the nearest grass and say potty, after she learns the keyword and does the pee, a lot of praise and a treat should follow! Good luck, won't be easy living that high!
