I am sorry that you going thru this. I know how excited you were when Livie and Maggie came home.
My Maggie is very submissive and Hot Rod can be mean sometimes but my Maggie has learned to stand her own when she wants to. lol For some reason she attackes Hot Rod when he comes in the door from outside...to the point that sometimes he will walk backwards back into the laundry room!
And then she attacks everytime I am done brushing him out in the mornings...she full body jumps on him and makes a growling kinda noise. lol It's too funny. I am sure that you Maggie is just trying to find her way. Hope things work the way that you wish them to.
