It sounds like mange to me. Has she possibly been around other dogs that she may have caught it from? I think there are different kinds of mange. There are also dips for some kinds of mange that you can get from the vet. You need to go to a vet that can diagnose this problem. It surely didn't develop all over her suddenly, did it?
