I have a hard time understanding that one. | According to the YTCA, specialists in the yorkshire terrior: "All puppies leaving the breeders possession will be a minimum of twelve (12) weeks of age to facilitate adequate socialization as well as appropriate emotional and temperament development through interaction with siblings, dam and other dogs." While I have a great deal of respect for vets, they are not specialized in the appropriate needs of one specific breed. Small breed puppies have entirely different needs than do large breed puppies.
Oh, and just to add...I am NOT a breeder.
