Move the paper/piddle pad closer and closer to your front door. Once your pup is accustomed to going near the door, start taking her outside. Try taking her to the same spot outside and choose a keyword like "potty" to say each time. When she goes potty, praise her profusely.
If you don't use the crate, you will have to keep a close eye on her inside your home. Also, at 3 months, she will have to go often.
