The strict schedule idea worked really well for Chloe. She's going on ten months old and now the only time she has an accident in the house, it's my fault. Generally, because I either got off schedule or she just completely slipped my mind. My new problem though is getting her to ASK to go outside. If I do forget her (which granted has only happened a couple of times), or she over ate/drank and needs to go sooner than I expect, she doesn't understand to TELL me that she needs to go. We've tried the bell, but she's scared of the noise. I also make her bark at me before I'll take her out (while asking if she needs to go potty). Still no luck...I'm about resigned to just having to always be on a schedule and not being able to trust her completely.
