Their coats lend many owners to do some creative grooming, whether it be for actually showing the dog or just for fun. And I've noticed many Yorkie owners dress their dogs up, which I just can't get into at all.
Being a guy, I will say that Ruger is one hell of a chick magnet, and I would tell most guys to get a grip on their masculinity and see what a little "foo foo" dog can do for them. I've never seen a cute girl say awwwww to a pit bull.  |
Absolutely correct, my friend! Yorkies are the cutest and most playful of all the small breeds IMO as well. Of course "chicks" (and those men who are comfortable with their sexuality)
love 'em too. Not that I have anything against chihuahuas or pugs, which are also amusing little dogs, but Yorkies have the terrier disposition AND are tiny enough to play a good game of fetch inside, take a nap on your lap, fit under the seat in front of you on a plane, or go cricket hunting in the basement (a skill my first Yorkie used to great effect). Personally, I also love miniature schnauzers and all of the other small terrier breeds... but YORKIES RULE!!!
