Yorkies have hair that grows inside their ears that needs to be plucked. This could be causing the itching. Or, her ears might be dirty. Ears should be cleaned once a week with special ear cleaner. It could also be that your shampoo is drying out her skin. Just a few ideas. Everyone on the forum is so helpful, I'm sure you'll find some good answers and possible solutions. We use an oatmeal based shampoo on Bella and make sure we rinse her really well to eliminate itching. Good luck! |
