Just because they have many breeds means nothing.. a breeder can breed one or 2 breeds and be what is called a "puppy mill"! North country is a large breeder yes, but they are not a mill in any sense of the word. Where is it written that only good breeders have their dogs in the house?
Stop judging people like this. I can assure you she has a 100% clean record because i personally checked her out when i bought my puppy from her. |
You said yourself there is no real defiition for a puppy mill, SO this makes your definition inaccurate as well. I assure you it doesn't have to be filthy dogs on the brink of death to make it a mill.
