Stop judging people like this. I can assure you she has a 100% clean record because i personally checked her out when i bought my puppy from her.
You said yourself there is no real defiition for a puppy mill, SO this makes your definition inaccurate as well. I assure you it doesn't have to be filthy dogs on the brink of death to make it a mill.
