The humping is normal in some dogs after they are nuetered......it takes about 6 months for the hormones to leave their body......

Make sure that the hair around his sheath is clipped short.....if it isn't at times it can hinder it from retracting. If this happens you may have to gently pull the hairs out. You can assist by applying KY jelly for lubrication.
