He definitely was "excited" but it wouldn't go back in. He was still on all fours, but wasn't humping the air, he looked VERY panicky. And the base looked swollen like testes, but he was just neutered. I looked it up & found on a Maltese forum it happened to someone and people recommended putting something on it to help it go back in. I have to ask the vet, but I'm currently looking for a new one closer to home. I'd appreciate any help from others. |
