My puppy was neutered a week & a half ago. He's still humping his dog bed, and his lipstick came out all the way. Is this supposed to happen? I thought it was supposed to stop after neutering.

Also, the other day he was humping & it wouldn't go back in. I'm not kidding. I researched on-line & it said if it gets dry it won't go back in. He looked VERY uncomfortable. Usually he stops humping if he sees us looking at him, or will drag his dog bed out of our view. I knew something was wrong because he froze in place & stood there the whole time with it out until I looked up on-line what to do. It was about 10 minutes. I'm worried this might happen when I'm not home. Any suggestions. He's my first dog so I don't know how "normal" this is.
