If you're willing to wait & travel the Animal Friends for Education and Welfare runs their spay/neuter clinic. Males are about $75 to start. Their last one was in september, not sure when the next one is. They used to be in Clark, but I think they moved to Hamilton.

Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic

If you're willing to travel to Voorheees, the AWA run their low cost clinic. Would be about $85. I believe their services are on going, you just call and make an appointment.

There is Ace of Spays, but they are in Hainesport and I think that's pretty far from you. He's $110 for his basic neuter services. ($250 for total full service, about the average neuter cost in NJ back when I lived there a couple years ago.)
