If it could be found that the woman had an unauthorized pet, Yorkie, who, if it turned out to be Cookie, was stolen(or insert a better word), she could get a look at him and call for a police officer. Trust would have to be established initially with management for this to work... I guess it just really depends on how the lead is going at this point, and how willing the management staff are within their legal bounds. I'm playing out a million different possible ideas and scenarios in my head, and I hope this makes sense and/or gets everyone's mind working a bit for a possible idea to verify the Yorkie as Cookie... or not.
