I have had maintenance enter my dwelling without my permission before as well as management. I wish Gen could talk to the management about the resident and and possible dog(s) she might have. If it could be found that the woman had an unauthorized pet, Yorkie, who, if it turned out to be Cookie, was stolen(or insert a better word), she could get a look at him and call for a police officer. Trust would have to be established initially with management for this to work... I guess it just really depends on how the lead is going at this point, and how willing the management staff are within their legal bounds. I'm playing out a million different possible ideas and scenarios in my head, and I hope this makes sense and/or gets everyone's mind working a bit for a possible idea to verify the Yorkie as Cookie... or not.
