The problem is, a breeders word is only a good as the breeder. If it's a puppy mill you might not even get the puppy you thought you were getting. I doubt if they even know one puppy from another or which one came from which mother.

Puppyfind breeders are notorious for posting pictures of past puppies or even stolen pictures, so it's very possible the puppy that is shipped to you is not the puppy in the picture.
Recordkeeping in the mills is very poor and often documents are altered so they can sell puppies younger than eight weeks old.
I still remember the member on another forum who had a puppy shipped to her from an online breeder. Not only did the puppy look nothing like the puppy in the picture, it was much older and even a different sex!
