Send the show a letter (certified)) with a copy of the vet records and the wholes story including date and time or the accident and who was responsible for the dog getting hurt. Also anyone you have spoken to so far. DATES & TIMES & Names! Very important. Write everything down. Keep copies.

The Shop owner will have to sign for the letter. This way you have notified him/her of the problem.

Also, remember to NOT bad mouth the shop. If you are asked, just say, "I would not take my dog there".

Take pictures of your little guy. Lots of pictures. If this goes to court, a tiny little baby with a broken leg in full color stands out.

Make sure you have names, dates, times, and have it all written out in detail.

Good luck.
