I am still working on some funding issues. But she would have to give the dog up to the rescue. I live in California and there is a vet here that is qualified to do the surgery who was trained by Dr. Tobias. I have talked to them and they are willing to provide a discount to a rescue to do the surgery. THis way she would not have to go through the stress of the plane ride. But SHE WILL HAVE TO GIVE HER UP if this little one is to be helped and yes people could donate to help pay for her surgery. I need to look into the after care but I would be willing to foster her as I have two special need girls and I love them. They have a very special place in my heart |
