I use Dr. Cohen at Catalina Pet Hospital. His number is 520-759-4612. The office is at 3801 E. Ft. Lowell, near Alvernon. He seems to specialize in small dogs. i was referred to him by Cindy Lewis (livingdustmops) of YT fame....If you say Alison Jones recommended you, I will get a small discount on my next visit!
As far as groomers go, I recommend GROOMINDALE'S. This outfit was recommended by Dr. Cohen. It is a grooming and doggie daycare business. They do not keep pets in cages--instead they let the dogs socialize. They do have a small dog area for timid little dogs, but my Edie is usually wanting to break out of there after a short time.
You will need to show your dog is up to date on vaccines and has had a bordatella vaccine (kennel cough). They do a great job on my Yorkie and my Westie.
Cute story: my Westie befriended a GIGANTIC black dog at Groomingdales last time she went. It was funny to see a little white dog and a giant black dog cuddling...
