Private individuals, although well meaning, trying to scrape together the funds when time is running out for Melody rather than just turning her over to rescue immediately makes no sense to me. It's not, rescue would be great or even better they know about liver shunts, I just want her somewhere FAST. I thought maybe for unknow reason Krystal didn't want her to go into a rescue for whatever reason.
