I have seen vets set up accounts for dogs. But, Kathleen who appears to taken the ball and run with this has not given us any in depth information on what is been done. I know I know it's just so hard to sit back and wait when you know the pup in pain and really nothing is being done to help her. I told my husband about this thread he told me to do what I thought needed to be done.
