Don't rule out the WEST side of town.
Straight shot west on Ajo (right off the base) and you can live in a beautiful mountain area with a yard. I have quite a few DMAFB folks in our area.
I havent found a groomer yet. I just got my guy this year around Sept I think. We are getting his coat to grow out so I can play with it until we decide what we want his look to be. the closest person I found who knew what they were talking about was in Deming NM!
so keep up the search. Maybe we will find one soon.
