Well since I live in MN, it is too cold out right now for my boys to go out for a walk. They go outside to go potty and come back just shaking. I can't blame the little dogs when it's below 20! But from spring through fall, I take them on hour walks around the neighborhood, hikes on wood trails, and 4 mile walks on paths. But their favorite is running behind me when I roller blade. They have both have gone 5 miles (2.5 one way) easily with me! When they see the roller blades come out, I watch them both do a happy dance. I've even seen Madden get so excited that he's tackled Jack. My boys love the outdoors.... wouldn't mind taking them boating and swimming sometime.
